About this knowledge base

The cases in this knowledge base are plug-and-play solutions for SMEs that you can start with today. They can be implemented straight away, or have already been put to work by other SMEs in the region.

We publish that knowledge with one aim: to inspire other companies and to accelerate innovation in the region. So what you read here is what turned out to be possible in practice, which challenge came before it and what it delivered. It is not an offer, not product advice and not an endorsement of any particular supplier or tool.

All cases are anonymised: company names, partner names, locations and software brand names have been left out or replaced by a neutral description. The savings and percentages mentioned are indicative, come from the report of the expert involved and have not been independently verified. What a comparable approach delivers at your own company depends on your starting position, so no rights can be derived from these figures.

Do you recognise your own situation in a case and want to know whether the approach would suit you? Then get in touch with the contact person named at the foot of that case. Do you think you have a case that belongs here? You can submit it with the button at the top of this page.
